Antonella Deletić is a contemporary abstract painter whose work explores transformation, resilience and the shared dignity of the human experience through burlap, layered textures and abstraction. Working primarily with acrylic and charcoal on burlap, she paints on both the front and reverse of the fabric, allowing colour to emerge naturally through its open weave and creating surfaces shaped by intuition and material interaction. Her paintings develop as a process of discovery, often revealing emotional narratives beyond conscious intention. Influenced by her Buddhist practice and reflections on personal transformation, Deletić creates works that explore vulnerability, hope and inner growth. Based in Zeewolde, the Netherlands, she works full-time from her studio, with works held in private collections across Europe.
